St. Mark's Catholic School in Peoria is looking for kitchen help. Duties include but are not limited to:
Food prep and portioning, possibly leading into some cooking duties;
packing lunches for distribution to the classrooms; delivering lunches to the classrooms - requires heavy lifting and climbing flights of stairs; washing dishes/running the dish machine/putting away dry dishes.
Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, eagerness to learn and work as a team are a must. Prior food service certification is preferred.
Hours vary but are between 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM Monday through Friday. Hourly wage is $11.00/hour.
If a position is offered and accepted by the candidate, the candidate must complete a background check, drug screening and safe environment training required by the Catholic Diocese of Peoria as well as Food Handler Training if not already certified.
