EatandEvolve 5832 N Knoxville Ave, Peoria.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Trimming meats and performing different cuts according to recipes
-Cutting vegetables according to recipes
-Measuring ingredients and portioning
-Labeling and stocking food
-Maintaining a clean cook station
-Following the cook schedule created by the chef
Proven experience as cook
Food Handler Certificate
Able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
A team player with good communication skills
Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
Being able to stand on your feet for a prolonged periods of time, reaching in, and carrying up to 20 lbs of weight
High school diploma or equivalent is desirable; Training from a culinary school will be an asset.
